GEORGEANA BISLEY

I am a  director looking to establish myself in industry. My short film, Live for Me, made on a zero budget, starred Tyler Luke Cunningham (Holby City, I May Destroy You) and Chan Woo Lim (Enterprice, Holby City). It tells the uncanny tale of a young man whose life is saved by an angel who visits him in a dream. I have always explored themes of the paranormal and the bridge between life and death. I enjoy writing/ directing drama, horror and thrillers the most. I also made many short horror films in 2023, most notable, 'Bestie', 'Haunted' and 'Flower Beds', some of which are now available to watch on 'The Chilling App'.

 
I hold a degree in film and television production from Falmouth University. I have worked as an AD in production in film and television for three years. My credits include the feature films, Creature, directed by Asif Kapadia, and Matriarch. I have also worked on television productions, Casualty and Holby City, as well as various short films. I have completed various film and television training schemes including Skreenskills step up to 1st AD, and I also shadowed director, Tim Leandro, on an episode of Eastenders and Niall Fraser 3 episodes of Doctors.
